The bid-package problem

On supported native-text PDFs, Redact All removes the text object and covers each hit with an opaque black bar.
Repeat for address and contact fields
Run the same Find → Redact All flow for street address, phone, and email lines.
Download the clean package

From Team management, send secure invitations for up to five named seats. Each person unlocks their own browser — documents still stay on their device.

Frequently asked questions
- Are PDFs uploaded?
- Document bytes for edit and redact are processed in your browser. Payment, authentication, and privacy-safe analytics may connect to our servers, but your PDF file is not uploaded for entitlement or editing.
- Does it work with large-format drawing pages?
- Landscape drawing PDFs (including common ARCH sheet sizes) are detected and scaled to fit on supported devices. Very large files may be limited by browser memory.
- Can it redact repeated text?
- Yes on supported native-text PDFs. Use Find, review matches, then Redact All to cover repeated names or phrases across pages.
- Does it work with scanned PDFs?
- Scanned or image-only pages do not expose selectable text for Find & Redact All. Use a searchable (OCR’d) export when you need text search. We do not claim built-in OCR.
- Can five employees use the account?
- Yes. The plan includes up to five named users. After checkout, invite teammates from Team management with secure email invitations — not legacy share links. Each person activates their own seat; documents remain on each user’s device.
- Can the plan be canceled?
- Yes. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; the current annual period remains active until it ends. There is no long-term contract beyond the annual billing period.
- What happens after the first year?
- $149/year while your launch subscription remains active. Cancel anytime. New subscriptions after the launch period are offered at the then-current standard price. There is no silent renewal price increase configured in Stripe today.
- What support is included?
- Email support and one short founder onboarding session are included. Product improvements released during your subscription year are available to founding customers.
- What is the refund policy?
- If your paid export fails or the result is unusable, email us within 7 days for a refund. Full payment terms are in our Terms of Service.
